CUSTOM TECHS TUTORIAL
<Tech> Consists of the name and type of the tech. There is not another type besides 'Normal'.
<DBID> Unknown effect, doesn't seem to have any effect
<DisplayNameID> Determines the name of the tech, which will be displayed in the circle menu. (stringtable-en.xml)
<RolloverTextID> Determines the description of the tech, which will be displayed in the roll-over menu when a tech is selected in-game. (stringtable-en.xml)
<PrereqTextID> ______________________________________________
<Cost> Determines the cost of the tech, in terms of each resource type.
<ResearchPoints> Determines how long it will take for the tech to be researched.
<Status> Either Obtainable or Unobtainable. Unobtainable is only used for leader techs.
<Icon> Does absolutely nothing. In order to learn how to change the tech's icon, refer to the Custom Icons page.
<ResearchCompleteSound> Determines the sound that is made when the tech is finished researching.
<Flag> There are three flags: UniqueProtoUnitInstance (This tech is unique to each building that contains this tech. Example: supply pad upgrades), Shadow (This tech is automatically activated for each match), and HiddenfromStats (Is only used for Skulls or the 2 special skins for wraiths and warthogs)
<Prereqs> Determines the other tech(s) that must be active for this tech to be unlocked
<ResearchAnim> Determines the animation that the building uses when this tech is being researched
<Effects> Contains all the effects that this tech will have.
<Effect> Determines one effect that this tech will have. Detailed below.
